    These are good quality "grabby claws" (what my husband and I call them). I'm short, so they're really helpful for reaching things on high shelves. I've also grabbed a paper towel in one and used it to remove cobwebs from corners. Super useful to have regardless of your height or age. :)

    I got this 2 pack for two patients that I see in their home. They are both in their 80s and they both wait for caregivers to come to their home to get help them get stuff.

    This 2-pack is convenient in a situation where an elderly couple or friends live together and can each have one. I messed around with it before giving it to them and I am very impressed with this product vs the one I own at home. The claw has a grip throughout and things don't slip out of it and the handle is easier to lock/unlock. You could actually lift a jar of jam with no problem but it would be a stability issue for some patients so I would not suggest doing that.

    I definitely recommend this, it's been great for my patients and I wish I could have kept one myself.

    These grabbers are so nice and easy to use. Most things like this require a lot of hand strength but these do not. Easy to put together. The added magnet on the end is a nice touch but it's not very strong. I tried to pick up my car keys, they were too heavy, but when holding them up, the magnet could attach to them. The rubbery feel of the actual grip part is good also.

    These grabbers work great for garbage collection and getting into hard to reach places. It works great getting stuff that has fallen in the crevice between the fridge and the wall. I like that the set came with 2, I keep one in the house and one outside. They are very useful, I only wish they were a bit stronger. Heavier items tend to slip out of their grasp rather easy, I don't believe the 5 pound advertising claim is true.

    These grabbers are great for ANYONE to use! I can't begin to count the number of times I have struggled to get a sock out from behind the washing machine, or something from under the fridge that was just out of reach. These grabbers are pretty long, very lightweight and easy to hold, the squeeze mechanism on the handle is very easy to operate (you don't have to have strong hands), and they are very strong. I used one to pick up an oversized roll of paper towels, and it did so with no problem. I highly recommend, ALL households need at least one of these!
