Ross Gerber is among the most influential social media and traditional media investors. He is the President and CEO of the Gerber Kawasaki Wealth and Investment Management. He co-founded this financial service organization in 2010 along with Danilo Kawasaki.

Ross was born and raised in Los Angeles. He completed his schooling at Brentwood High School in 1989. Ross Gerber has been interested in finance and music since he was young. When he was 13, he started researching and monitoring investing after getting Apple and Disney shares as a birthday present. His interest in studying and investing expanded as he tracked the 1980s bull market throughout high school.

Throughout college, Ross pursued his degree and passion for music, establishing many local bands. Ross Gerber began directing 15 offices and over 200 advisers for SunAmerica Securities/AIG Advisor Group in March 1999. Ross returned to Los Angeles after graduating in 1994 and joined an independent investing business associated with SunAmerica Securities. He was the youngest million-dollar branch manager in SunAmerica’s history when he got the Archon and Million Dollar Branch Award in 1998 at 27.

During the global financial crisis of 2008. Ross realized a need for a new investment firm that could serve a diverse client base using technology and new media. Hence, in 2010, with the cooperation of a same-minded business partner, Danilo Kawasaki, Ross started Gerber Kawasaki Inc. They started this firm to provide clients with customized financial advice. They currently use online marketing, social media, and their finances-Money Page financial app for new clients.

Ross Gerber oversees Gerber Kawasaki’s corporate and investment management activities and serves individual customers. Gerber Kawasaki Inc. data shows that the firm is leading a $2.2 billion investment and continuously thriving with 46 employees for this fintech innovation market leader.

Ross Gerber still plays music and performs with his band in his spare time. He is a co-founder and managing Cocoon Music – Malibu member and an adviser-investor in NoCap Shows, which provides live-streaming music.
